Our meeting room with a capacity of 8 people accessible to members and non-members is the perfect setting to welcome your collaborators, customers and partners.
Designed to stimulate and optimize your meetings in a modern and pleasant environment, it is equipped with powerful audiovisual tools for your web conferences as well as a digital board for a clear and interactive presentation of your projects allowing an instant distribution to all participants.
Throughout your stay, a member of our team will assist you and we will also be pleased to provide you with water, coffee or tea. Furthermore, if you wish, we can also organise, on demand, for you and your clients, a catering service provided by one of our partners.
Our meeting room available over a time period between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Reservations are made either online or at the office and will be invoiced by the hour, half day or full day.
