    Benevolence

    Among the core values that structure the DNA of PARADIGM’s founders, Benevolence is key because through the virtues it conveys; respect, cohesion, availability, reliability and optimism which we strive to put forward on a daily basis and in all circumstances, it drives our vision of the company and entrepreneurship. 

    Team Spirit

    Benevolence would be lonely without the addition of another value that we consider important, namely Team Spirit. Because there is nothing as good as collective intelligence, which almost by itself enables us to develop and promote a diversity of cross-cutting skills, such as leadership, communication, innovation, strategy and adaptation, which are necessary in the face of new and changing environments.

    Sharing

    It is not uncommon to hear in the Anglo-Saxon business environment the expression “give and take” which at PARADIGM we have translated into “give and receive”. It is obvious that without this value of Sharing, our own path as entrepreneurs would have been quite different. This is why for PARADIGM, collaboration and sharing are key success factors, and we advocate, whenever possible, the pooling of resources, experience and energy, which fosters the creativity and efficiency that are essential to the effervescence and growth of ideas and projects.

    PARADIGM is based partly on the professional background and experience of its two founders as well as on their complementarity and closeness. After working in sectors as varied as investment banking, commodities trading, private aviation, and still sitting on some boards of directors of national and international companies, they decided in 2018 to create PARADIGM and put their know-how at the service of their clients.

      But beyond their curriculum vitae, the genesis of PARADIGM is the result of a number of key thoughts that inspired its creation, whose roots lie in a straightforward concept: Imagine and create an environment and a place where they enjoy working in and where they can create and nurture a sense of belonging for those who will join them.
