Only the technical staff of Signature Digitale and the technical, marketing and sales department of PACTAMS PARADIGM have access to the information collected on the website, via a personal login specific to the PACTAMS PARADIGM platform. Finally, the data that we collect is hosted, saved and archived using secure hardware and protocols, regurlarly checked and monitored on a daily basis in order to guarantee the security of the information system.
PACTAMS PARADIGM takes all appropriate measures to protect your personal information and makes every effort to protect this data at a level of security which complies with current standards and practices. However we cannot give an absolute guarantee that the information provided through the website will not be intercepted during its transmission over the internet.

The Client/Member is responsible for the confidentiality of his or her login and password that he/she has changed when creating his or her Client/Member account to access PACTAMS PARADIGM’ Services. He or she is also responsible for restricting access to his or her computer and for all activities carried out with his or her personal data for access to his or her client account (login and password) or carried out from his or her Personal account. He or she undertakes to keep this password secret and not to communicate it to anyone.
