• The online request for reservation of a meeting room, an office in open space or  application for a business or postal domiciliation through our online form;
• The sending of contact forms in order to be contacted by phone by one of our employees or to obtain information about our Services and products.

The processing of your personal information is intended to enable you to use our Services, to benefit from their features and to access the various environments and customer areas proposed by PACTAMS PARADIGM or its partners. 

In addition, and in order to monitor the interest shown by PACTAMS PARADIGM’s prospects and clients as closely as possible, the file system collects all information from visitors to PACTAMS PARADIGM’s website, namely, identity, professional information and activity on PACTAMS PARADIGM’s website. The data collected on the website is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship with PACTAMS PARADIGM if you are client. Then this data is kept for an additional two year period for our archives and legal and administrative obligations. 

5. Rights of persons (art.16 à 20 du GDPR)

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, any person may exercise their right of access and obtain a copy of their personal data, their right of rectification, opposition, limitation of processing, deletion and portability of their personnal information by sending a request by post, signed and accompanied by a copy of an identity document to the PACTAMS PARADIGM head office address or by filling in the present form. The data controller will endeavour to respond to the present form. The data controller will endeavour to respond to the request within a reasonnable period of time and, in any event, within the time limits set by French and European laws.          

PACTAMS PARADIGM is likely to keep certain information collected when French or European laws requires it or when we have a legitimate reason to do so. However  your personal data may be given to an authority or admistrative entity or any other person if we believe that fraud or a violation of our General Terms of Use has been committed including but not limited to: 

• To comply with legal, regulatory, judicial or administrative obligations;

The data collected on the PACTAMS PARADIGM website and the related processing are hosted by the company o2switch and stored in France. Only the technical staff of Signature Digitale and the technical, marketing and sales department of PACTAMS PARADIGM have access to the information collected on the website, via a personal login specific to the PACTAMS PARADIGM platform. Finally, the data that we collect is hosted, saved and archived using secure hardware and protocols, regurlarly checked and monitored on a daily basis in order to guarantee the security of the information system.

PACTAMS PARADIGM takes all appropriate measures to protect your personal information and makes every effort to protect this data at a level of security which complies with current standards and practices. However we cannot give an absolute guarantee that the information provided through the website will not be intercepted during its transmission over the internet.

The connection to PACTAMS PARADIGM’ Services is ensured via the secure protocol « https » which is present on each of the pages of the website and we ensure the protection of the personal information communicated to us, both during its transmission and after its reception by using SSL protocol to encrypt the confidential information on our contact or order forms.

PACTAMS PARADIGM uses external suppliers and service providers to provide all products, services and customer solutions. These service providers and/or subcontractors may change or become more numerous in order to offer better satisfaction to our customers and members. If we communicate your personal data to third parties, we require the protection of your personal data by the recipient through administrative, technical and security procedures.

7. Confidentiality of your password

The Client/Member is responsible for the confidentiality of his or her login and password that he/she has changed when creating his or her Client/Member account to access PACTAMS PARADIGM’ Services. He or she is also responsible for restricting access to his or her computer and for all activities carried out with his or her personal data for access to his or her client account (login and password) or carried out from his or her Personal account. He or she undertakes to keep this password secret and not to communicate it to anyone. Any communication, even restricted to third parties, if it was the case, be made under his or her entire responsibility..

8. Violation of data and communication within 72h (art. 33 and art. 34 du GDPR)

In case of violation or suspected violation of personal data, PACTAMS PARADIGM and its sub-contractors will inform the CNIL at the latest 72 hours after becoming aware of it.

In order to provide the best possible experience, quality informative contents, access to specific information such as reservations, a private area, the visitor of the Site may be required to fill in forms or log in using their ID and password.
