Subscription Conditions
- Minimum 3 months commitment, payable as per selected option.
- Minimum 3 months guarantee deposit payable upon signature of the contract.
Required Documents upon Signature of the Contract
- A copy of the legal representative’s valid ID document (Passport or NID).
- Proof of residency: A copy of the legal representative’s personal utility bill (Electricity, water, Satellite TV, landline phone bill) dated within the last 90 days.
- For companies already registered, a copy of the company’s certificate of registration (KBIS) less than 3 months old or for the companies in a registration process, copy of the draft of the Memorandum of Articles of Association.
- Copy of the draft of the Memorandum of Articles of Association.
- For foreign companies, copy of a certificate of incorporation of the company in their country of registration.
- For Rep Office, Copy of Statement of due existence issued by the Property Tax for companies agency (CFE)
- A postal Power of Attorney (to be provided later).
- A Company’s certificate specifying the location where its legal documents, accounting and commercial records are kept.
- A certificate of good standing.
